Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: processing times may be extended during high-volume launches, restocks, or promotional periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

 

 

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

 

 

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

 

 

 

Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
